When you fill out a form on our website, submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, book an appointment, message us, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your real-estate interests such as budget range, timeline, financing method, preferred location, and use case (for example, investment, second home, or primary residence).
Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our pages and ads. We use tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how our Services are used and to measure and improve our advertising. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta provides your submitted information to us in accordance with Meta’s terms and policies.
